Jamie qualified in 2002 from University College Dublin and started her veterinary career with the Willows Veterinary Group at one of our surgeries in Warrington. She transferred to our main Hospital in Northwich to advance her skills and is now heading up the team at Abbeycroft. Jamie completed her General Practitioner in Feline Practice qualification in 2008 and is the proud owner of three moggies – Maisie, Gertie and Nando. Jamie was nominated for Vet of the year in the 2013 and 2014 PetPlan Veterinary Awards.

Katie has been with us full time since 2003 and qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2008. Katie owns a bouncy, very highly strung Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Paddy. She has recently completed her Pet Health Councillor course in March 2013 and has a very keen interest in nutrition. She runs regular nurse consultations including very successful weight clinics.
Stacey Evans RVN
Qualified Veterinary Nurse
Stacey has been with us full time since February 2007, and qualified in January 2013. She has a National Diploma in Animal Management and completed her ANA Certificate in 2009. Stacey has many pets including two dogs called Timmy and Jackson, 3 moggies, two of which she tenderly hand reared and a Birman called Margaret. As well as a Herman’s Tortoise. Stacey has a keen interest in the Husbandry and Welfare of Rabbits and offers free nurse consultations.
Receptionist / Auxiliary Nurse
Molly is passionate about animals and in her spare time is kept busy walking her dogs Flo, a border collie and Kasserole a Staffordshire bull terrier. Molly helps out in a local livery yard.
Rebecca Thornton – Student Veterinary Nurse
Rebecca joined the team in 2013 and completed her Veterinary Care Assistant qualification with flying colours, she is now training to become a qualified nurse with us. Rebecca has an adorable Jack Russell Terrier called Bertie and a horse called Henry.
Shaunna Wilshaw – Student Veterinary Nurse
Shaunna was previously a Night Auxiliary Nurse at our Hartford Hospital and transferred to Abbeycroft in October 2014 to complete her Veterinary Nurse Training. She has 3 cheeky moggies called Oscar, Mollie and Emily. Emily is a diabetic patient who is controlled well at home with Shaunna’s love and care.
